CPD and Staff Training
We've all been there on training days; sat in a session that could have been an email or with sat listening to someone reading from a slide in a monotone voice. Interactive and practical training is what we need instead. I can offer that to you, designing CPD sessions bespoke to areas of development in your school. Having delivered countless sessions in various settings, I am more than happy to provide whole staff training, department sessions, 1:1 HoD sessions or coaching services.
